Food philosophy

Black Pot Catering cares about ingredients and where they come from. We use seasonal, locally sourced and organic produce wherever possible. We support farmers who respect their environment and their livestock. All meat and eggs are guaranteed organic and/or free range and we make every effort to source fish from sustainable stocks. Many other ingredients are also organic and sustainably produced.

It's about being gentle on the environment, but also about using really fresh, flavourful ingredients which feel right for the time of year. Above all, it's about making food which is great to eat.
