Summer menu

  • Spinach & ricotta tartlets
  • Smoked salmon on granary w/ horseradish cream & dill
  • Rosemary crostini w/ goats cheese, green pea & red onion, lemon dressing
  • Chilled gazpacho in shot glasses w/ tomberry skewer
  • Mini crisp veg samosas w/ coriander & cocnut chutney
  • Feta, watermelon & mint on knotted bamboo skewers
  • Chicken satay w/ spicy peanut sauce on banan leaves
     

Winter menu

  • Caramelized onion & nutmeg tarts
  • Mini Cumberland sausages in honey, soy & sesame glaze
  • Crostini w/ stilton, grapes & red amaranth
  • Home cured gravalax on Swedish rye, honey mustard sauce
  • Smoked mackerel on mini rosti potatoes, beetroot & horseradish cream
  • Butternut hummus on pitta crisps, black onion seed & coriander cress
  • Caramelized onion & Gruyere tartlets w/ thyme & black onion seeds
  • Feta & pomegranate salad served in endive leaves

Guide prices

  • Simple canapés £13 per head for 100 guests, £15 per head for 50 guests.
    Minimum 50 guests.
  • Prices do not include staff. Delivery & parking charges amy apply.
  • 20% VAT added to all costs
